Tough - the footpod was alyin', but I only discovered when I ran a lap at the very end and saw that it short changed me 14m/lap! That's huge! And it makes sense, 'cause that first interval felt way too hard and it set the tone for the rest of the workout; when I adjusted for the 14m/lap (which is still approximate), all the paces except the first one made sense.

I should not have been inside anyway. It was a rare and glorious day in Newfoundland. I mean, blue skies and above zero - just didn't have my outdoor stuff. I'm not automatically going inside for workouts anymore.
