Lost confidence and let my form deteriorate - of all things!! the thing I've been working most on. Kilometer splits tell a truer story:

3:33 - and really just the last 600m or so I was running 3:25 - just when I saw the finish line and knew I was physically fine.
Abounding in confidence before a race, during training, and freak out and doubt myself in a race. Need to race more than once or twice a year. No matter what happens in this 1500 next weekend, I won't lose my form.
