Probably a bad idea—don't know how I will adapt or if I need to adapt my plyo tomorrow. Muscles sore and mobility lacking so tried harder than these moderate speeds suggest. And very happy to know I'm in running shape although it complicates these plyo workouts which I do wanna keep up...about as much as I wanna run. Nice to get something in on an off day anyway.
