Happy Birthday Ks. Felt hard against a light wind but easy with that wind at my back. Overall felt good. I would say that was faster than I could run 10k right now though though the HR info says "10k effort." Even a few bpm lower than my Oak Island 10k. Hip hurt in the cooldown.
