Probably should be 7.5 quality and 9.5 effort. Wasn't sure if switching to time was the right thing to do until I looked at my pace times, which were quicker than last week. OK, I'll switch quality to 9 (/8.5 :) ). Thought (correctly) it would be nice to push through the last five seconds, knowing exactly when the interval was up. Next time I want more success! I don't think this should be my last time doing hills and I shouldn't go into a 2-workout + long-run routine in October as Nautilus has planned.
