Well, despite the snow blizzard, I'm satisfied that the science of my LT checks out in my case. Felt very comfortable and then had to work in the snow the last two miles to make sure I didn't get 65 min AGAIN. Hard to say what shape I'm in, but I'm confident that I can run a smart 10k according to my HR and just stay cool about the pace.
Laps changed to match the mile signs, not actual distance from the Garmin, what with jumping from one side to the other, etc.
