Screwed up using the watch so the data's all weird. Mainly took 1-2minutes between the first two sets and actually did the last one in 72sec - was great: Mark was hurting through some 800s with 400m recovery jogs and then blew past me on the final straight-away like I was standing there.
Great workout - think I'm already getting in better shape. Probably could've done 76s all day. Surprised how little recovery I needed and I did 9 instead of 8 by accident. Positive workout.
Oh, and some punk took Mark's keys, but I got a text and it sounds like it worked out somehow. I think everything worked out. haha.
