This one was a toughy. I guess the 30-seconds are there cause 2-min after 2-min would be too intense. 4 sets seemed right. I'll put another one on next time I think though.
Oh and I decided to mix up my plan a) because I'm gonna hang out with Elise next week so I wanna do less intense training b) a less intense week before doing I dunno, four or five intense weeks might be a good idea and won't really effect my development. My development seems to be going well if that footpod is at all accurate. Everything certainly feels right (maybe this pace was a bit too tough, but w/e).
