What an amazing workout - I'm going to keep these in my schedule. Created fatigue by going at E-pace/effort at 0% incline then doing 1.5m at 7% and 1m at 6% inclines separated by these intervals of 0% - but SAME pace. Forced muscle fatigue and a make it or break it approach to my stride. Anyway, very difficult so I didn't do 7 as I planned back to back, but did four of these sets then reset my watch to have four more minutes at 0% before doing the last three an finishing in E. Wowzah! Good prep for Canova Ks for sure.
