Never really got that high in HR, strange. Oh, well - does that mean my workout didn't do what it was supposed to but I'm in better shape than I thought?
Anyway, felt good. Time's were a bit fast because the calibration was off about 10 meters/200. Still, everything seems to be fine. And this was supposed to be an easy week. And the last set, one on top of what I did two weeks ago, was sore.
Did feel tough again to dial into correct pace with this all-over-the-place workout.
