3 x 10 squats

5 x 10" 12mph at 14 incline

4 x 12 single-leg bounds

3 x 12 bounds

3 x 10 double-leg hops

6 x 60m sprints (3 starting on the left foot, 2 starting on the right)

Actually figuring out bounding, which is great, but actually means I'm not prepared for that kind of force. My shins and calves felt like they could've broken in two. PULL BACK.

Suffice it to say, this was not an explosive workout. Felt very lackluster. 5/10 + 1 for figuring out bounding I guess.
