Notes

Finally ran on my toes with a fluid stride (as though doing my strides) on the last one. If I can get that strong (to do it consistently), I think it's gonna make a huge difference.

My lower left back aches something other, but that's how it is. I think I need to be doing more core stuff, which I've dropped the past two or three weeks.
