Very sad that I've overtrained, but at least I know how to correctly identify it. That spike in HR at the beginning is definitely related to overtraining and I took my resting HR this morning and it was 5bpm lower than last week (it was 53).
Pfitzinger says I just need to reduce intensity for 10-14 days. I'm still gonna do the VO2Max test tomorrow though. After that I'm just taking it easy. Does that mean jogging only? Ugh. I'm gonna do easy runs and if that doesn't fix things, then it's jogging. I just wanna enjoy running.
