Wow, that was tough. Had to shorten it. I'm getting worried that I'm fucking up my training. However! Unlike last season, I've done a lot of quality already and I'm not feeling quite burnout yet AND most importantly, even though I'm nervous to back off entirely - which might be my undoing, I sat down tried to figure out why it wasn't working and then attempted a reasonable solution. I figure the 1500 was aerobically really draining - I was really pushed to the max on Saturday - so then I thought - so why not just cut the workout and do some anaerobic work. The anaerobic stuff felt fine and I felt like I got a workout in. More anaerobic/aerobic combo workout on Wednesday. We'll see how that goes!
Also, maybe my watch was lying before and I fixed it? Maybe I should be at 3:23 or something. Damn, technically 3:25/km is 59VDOT. So yeah, probably. Maybe that was it.
