30km S wind. Started out on trails and it felt too hard. Figured out I don't do a full stride on the trail! So the last two I did on the roads—thus easier and faster. Definitely tried too hard but it wasn't eyes out, so whatever. I blame the trail and the limited wind. I think 6:13 would be a reasonable pace for a 10k without trying too hard.
