Afternoon run in New kent. First time running out here in years. Today was very stressful. Had to go to the Dentist with a tooth ache, then got hit driving home on Laurel rd. Spent most of the afternoon dealing with that, making phone calls and whatnot. Felt good to get out some frustration with a solid run. Didn't have time for general strength but I did what I could. Still very humid and wet. Ready for this weather pattern to break!
