Notes

Another muggy day of running. Not living in Richmond has been tricky with planning out runs. Met Justin at the store around 3. From there we did big loop. Very soggy and dipping wet a mile in. Should have done some glut activation exercises pre run. Was a little tight but legs are feeling decent for the most part. Calves have been solid without sleeves. Hip flexors are still tight, which makes my right quad tight throughout the run. Definitely improving though!
