Notes

The goal was 6 X mile at 10k pace - Started that was a bad idea so close to the race. After warming up, drills/strides, ran the first interval in 5:02 and decided to scratch the workout and just get in another 30-min. Didn't feel smooth and was breathing fairly heavy. Legs were also feeling heavy.

It was a beautiful day! Mom and I went up and hiked humpback rocks off the blue ridge parkway
