Notes

Decent run after working 10-4. Felt a little tight and my gluts were sore from the dry needling yesterday. Really hoping that will pay off. Calves were also a little sore. Right foot was tight to start, but loosened up.

Core in the morning + glut activation before running.

SI joint is not staying stable.
