IM Coz run. I was feeling good off the bike and through T1. I got on the run, felt very easy and pace was spot on. I slowed down in hopes of easing into the pace, but then the heat got to me and my stomach ache returned when I ate. I decided to focus on staying cool, drinking a lot of water and infinit, and do my best to survive on this run. Lots of ice at most of the aid stations. I managed to get in 3 clif shot and all 40oz of my Infinit, so it overall wasn't a bad run, but I was still 300 calories short of what I wanted. At Mile 16 there was a heavy downpour which really changed (improved) the dynamics of the run. Again, more info in my race report.
