I wasn't feeling great today due to poor sleep the past couple days; it really showed in this 'workout'. I couldn't push the pace to what was prescribed because I just felt weak and lots of stomach issues. By the end of the second interval I was at the far end of the bike trail, so I walked / jogged / ran the return trip depending on how my stomach was feeling. I will get much more sleep tonight.
