3.5 hour endurance ride, rolling to hilly terrain if possible.

Endurance @ steady ride, RPE 3, Zones 2, low 3, cadence self-selected.
Hilly route down to (and over) Wachusett Mountain. Second loop went to Mountain Road (or Mile Hill Road), then turned around. There was a CRAZY headwind on the return trips today! A good leg workout.
