wanted to an easier ride today. legs were burning on the way back. had the wind in my face the whole way pretty much. got some good speed work in the last mile. got up to 27mph on the straightaway in front of my house, kept that speed for a few seconds and then backed off again. legs were burning alot after that but told myself to keep pushin the pace to get ready for races and harder training.
