parts 3 and 4

this is my hill/tempo part of the workout didnt want to get out too fast for this but i was going shorter. when i came around for teh 2 mile i was about 30-40sec faster than what i normally was. felt good but i wasnt killling the uphill just working it and going a lot faster on the longer straights and recovered a little bit before the hills. felt good to open up and i knew the flat pats was under 6 for sure.
