Notes

4x1:30 on/off. When we started these I was already by myself kind of. Started off pretty hard going up the hill, felt pretty good through the downhill on Lexington, used it to open up! The last repeat was the fastest I think, the group behind me caught me goin down Lexington and finished with me! Overall one of my best fartleks so far!
