Notes

4x10k and 1x Speed Hill. Felt good on most of these, got out pretty hard and hammered the steep parts and kept it steady near the top of it. Zeke helped out leading the 3rd one, legs were feeling pretty tired after that one because the pace picked up a bit. Overall a good workout!
