Notes
nice three tonight. wanted to go 7:30 7:15 7. the first mile was tough to find my pace. i actually never did. i ranged from 7-7:50. Mile 2 was a little more consistent but difficult to maintain because of the wind. mile 3 was tough. it was mostly uphill so i decided to coast for the first uphill sections during the first half and make up for it on the second have. overall the workout was probably a little harder than it should have been since it was supposed to be an easy/medium run. My legs felt good and my foot didn't flare up. Just to be safe i made and ice tub to put my legs in. 15 minutes of that had my foot aching and my heart pounding. But i should be sore free tomorrow.
