run, all BF. I'm gradually extending the length of my BF runs. My feet seem to be holding up fairly well. The callouses are wearing away, but I am not starting any new blisters. I tried to stay close to MAF. This time, when I found myself above MAF, I slowed my running even further to lower HR instead of switching to walk.
