Notes
This was warm up and cool down walks with just over a mile and half run in the middle. I wore my Evo II, though with a patch of Kinesio Tex tape to protect my achilles from rubbing. That seemed to work okay. It was a little difficult to exercise the morning after some evening exercise. It might be better if I could stick to just mornings. There had been light rain most of the morning and the pavement was wet. Only a few sprinkles landed on me, though. It was nice hearing the birds singing.
