Notes
An easy half mile jog was planned, though I hoped to triple it. But, for a raising HR, I almost made it. My target HR range was 120 - 140 bpm. For most of it, I managed to stay below this while running. At a mile, it stayed at and just above that range. When I crossed the street, it jumped to 152 bpm. The running was over and I walked back home. Of my five workouts for the week, this one has the lowest HR range and the lowest priority. Allowing for a little higher HR lets me keep running longer. I wore my NB MT110 for this. While this level of shoe is not really needed for most of my runs, the lugs still helped on the piles of melting snow.
