6 300 meter intervals followed by 1.5 mile tempo. 3 more 300 intervals followed by 1.5 mile tempo. ran 300 meter intervals in 65 sec. (5:50 pace) pretty much bang on the whole way through. ran the tempo at 6:20 pace prety much bang on again. left hip hurting a little. ron told me to shut it down and no more intervals. i would say a good decision as i feel good afterwards adn got most of the workout in. i was right on the line of pushing into injury. so overall a good workout. not as tough as recent ones but i needed something easier for my leg.
