easy run today with 4 hill repeats. left leg sore today but not as bad as last week. went to jenna the chiropractor. she says keep doing what i am doing . she didn't thiink things looked too bad. suggested maybe doing some of the track workouts on flat roads and switching med long runs to thur instead of wed to let more recovery time work after teh track workout.
