Notes

Supposed to be 2 mile tempo 2 mile Grp 2 mile tempo but right calf tightening up on mile 5 so shortened this up to prevent any problems and it was getting tough. But good workout, felt much better than last sat. 6:22 6:18 6:36 6:31
