Notes

warm up cool down with 6 5 min intervals with 5 min active rest. 5:48,5:46,5:46,5:51,6:02,6:03. good workout. i was running hard. legs were tiring on the last few. i think close to equal effort was put forth. a little dissapointed that i could not keep the pace down on the last few. my goal was between 5:45-5:50. could feel hamstring a bit on the last few but not enough to stop. it is fine the next day as i write this.
