500 warm up, 25X 10 kick with fins with 1 breath usually(wanted to do none but couldn't make myself suffer today), 4X100 pull, 2X100 L and R arm only alternating every 25, 10X100 on 2:00, first five in 1:40 last 5 in 1:44. challenging but good workout!, 300 breast stroke, 400 cooldown free
