2X3 mile tempo with warm up and cool down. 6:38 ave on first and 6:39 on second set. slower than 2 weeks ago. both sets had 1 bad mile of 6:50 on the hills. was nervous this would hurt. it was hard but manageable. need to get this down to the low 6:20's to feel that i am in shape. pleased that i completed and hamstring was good
