warm up cool down, 625 at 11:12 5x100 on 2:00 able to do in 1:36 times 1 1:37 times 4. originally was doing a 1 mile time trial but stomach was uncomfortable from eating to soon to swimming. maybe a excuse, i don't know was on pace for a record mile but due to stomach i was starting to slow. but it gave me hope that I am on the cusp of getting a record mile time and still improving.
