Attempted a 15mi. progression run today. Not a great idea in the heat. Made it through first 9 miles and struggled on 10th (slowed 10 seconds instead of dropping 20.) Luckily Ces and the girls were watching my run so I threw in the towel at mile 10. 6net lbs fluid loss over run.
