Worked 4 hills into a 6miler this morning. Ran each of them at a difficult pace and backed off afterwards untill my pace evened back out near 8:30. I was really sleepy and legs felt a little heavy for the first mile. Once I pushed up my 1st hill and recovered I felt great. Solid run today.
Hoping to get my weight from 167 to 160 by Labor day. 7 weeks, 7 pounds. I can do that!
