Today wasn't so much aimed at improving my speed, since the goal race is only two weeks away. I was really just trying to get an idea of what my proposed half marathon pace feels like. The ~6:00 pace I used today was good, it felt nice and relaxed. Especially with the 2:00 recoveries, I most definitely could have gone through the same workout again, and probably once more after that, though it would probably be a fair bit harder on the third time through. Still, feeling pretty good about the pace.
