Notes

After taking 3 days off for no physical reason, it was good to get out and get this run done. I was kind of hoping to do more like 6 or 7, but if I'm doing a long run tomorrow it's better to err on the side of caution. I tried out the new Endorphin Shift today and it was all right. No major complaints, and my legs felt fine, though I did have a bit of that new shoe shin splint pain.
