Happy Halloween! Another easy run during my lunch break. Everything about this run was great except for the knee. My knee felt better in the morning, but it started hurting again about 10 steps into the run, and then while at work I could barely walk. What I need is to rest it, but I'm not willing to stop running until the end of the contest.
