Notes
Very easy run this morning. Last week was shitty for mileage, I didn't even come close to what I wanted. Hoping to get the ball rolling and start hitting low 70s within the next couple weeks. Leaving Marathon Sports will probably help with that, since I'll now be done at 4:30 every day instead of 7:00.
The run was good, a bit sluggish since I ran at 6:30 but other than that it was fine. Hoping for a good workout tomorrow.
