Notes
Today was a good run. Rested yesterday and went to my follow up appointment with the orthopedic surgeon. Didn't have any pain anywhere during the run, and it felt easy the whole way through. Now that I've finished, my injured foot has a bit of something going on, so I'm going to ice it and do the exercises I was given.
