Notes
This was a fantastic run. I probably would have done more like 8 today if I got out earlier, but we started late and I couldn't do much more than this. I felt good from start to finish; no fatigue, no aches, no issues at all. I think part of it is the weather, as it's moving into fall and this morning the weather was very good for running. Maybe this weekend will be a double-digit run for the first time in a while.
