It turns out I was getting sick on Tuesday, so I took the past three days off with illness. It was really nice today, so I went out for 7 miles at an easy/moderate pace. I felt very good today, so I'm hoping I'm over the illness. The legs felt 100% better compared to Tuesday. Just a week from New Bedford, though, and I'm not sure how it's going to go.
