Notes

One day off after the long run and I got back at it today for this easy 5. I'm starting a down week to aid my recovery and make sure I don't get hurt. My legs were still a tad tired from the long run, but other than that I felt pretty good. First day in the new shoes and they were not too bad, so that's a plus.
