Easy interval workout to get my legs feeling fast again, 320m reps with a 160m walking recovery. Probably a little too much too soon, as my legs are actually sore from yesterday's easy 4 miler. On the other hand, this workout felt pretty good, it was nice running sub-6 pace for a little bit. The only problem is that the track is not a normal indoor track and the corners are very tight, which eventually caused some knee pain, which is why I stopped at 11 reps instead of 15.
