Easy 20 minutes on the treadmill, just to keep at a level I'm sure my leg can handle. My leg felt very good today, and I considered doing another 20, but I decided to err on the side of caution and keep it slow. The HR rose from start to finish, since I kept increasing the pace a little bit every so often, but I kept it under control for the most part. It's tough in the gym, since I sweat so bad and there's no air movement.
