I marked this as moderate because it's the longest run I've done since September. The course is tough because the first 3.5 miles is uphill without a real break. It's also forgiving, because the second half is 3.5 miles downhill. Overall it was not a bad run at all, though I was pretty tired when I hit the halfway point. I'm happy that I could complete the miles with relative ease; it says to me that it won't be long until I am cranking 10 milers every Wednesday with 15 on Sunday.
